Blade Pile worked with Prorise LTD, our Christchurch foundation repair and house levelling partner, on an earthquake damaged house in Rangiora. Using 76 x Blade Piles, each going 5m deep, we were able to relevel this 240sqm house and futureproof it for any further liquefication or ground settlement.
Over half a kilometre of Blade Piles were installed under 24 townhouses in Whenuapai, on a site full of expansive clay. If there is any soil shrinkage due to the expansive clay, the building will be suspended on Blade Piles and the slab will not crack.
