Over 2km of Blade Piles were installed beneath these 35 townhouses in Beachlands, Auckland.
Built beside a stream with soft ground extending 6–9m deep, this site needed a foundation system that could handle difficult soil conditions and support fully suspended concrete slabs above.

A local project for us this week near our HQ in Mount Maunganui. Together with BaseUp, we installed Blade Piles for this new build, supporting a 1.5 m high timber floor to help mitigate flood risk and piling through uncontrolled fill. Our nationwide network of certified installers keeps work local while delivering consistent quality across the country.
