District Council's knee jerk action all over NZ about liquidation Any where there's sand and water this could happen but not necessarily around Rotorua Christchurch is built on sand with water under that is a fact When there is a earthquake it act like settling cement water comes to the surface Just like closing single storey buildings which don't comply with earthquake regulations And leaking home's still getting built Bush build their House's they don't leak!!!!

Wow that is incredible!

Most impressive. What a place to live. It is usually not easy to lay foundations on such a steep site. Blade piles are obviously the way to go.
